CZAR International is the first and the sole company in Azerbaijan providing electric cars. Established in 2014 and based out of Singapore, we have been serving the world with solutions and products that make a positive contribution to the society and the earth. Some of our businesses are organic farming, kinetic energy and the major area of interest being distribution of best quality electric vehicles. These electric vehicles venture is one great opportunity through which we are taking a big leap towards creating a cleaner environment. CZAR is the sole distributor of Lingstar for vehicles in Azerbaijan and Georgia. Lingstar is our source of electric vehicles.

With its origin in China, Lingstar is involved in supplying new energy vehicles all over the globe. Lingstar has over 20 models of electric vehicles that offer low speed, middle speed and high speed. The wide range of electric vehicles includes sedan, hatchback, mini car, pickup, scooter and buses. Lingstar electric vehicles comprises of 20 models sourced from auto works from different places of china. Lingstar sales network is spread into over 20 countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.
